Financial Aid Workshops for Educators

PHEAA's Higher Education Access Partners provide workshops both virtually and in-person throughout the Commonwealth. The workshops provide you with up-to-date information on financial aid for postsecondary education, give a general understanding of the financial aid process, and examine the available financial aid programs that make higher education more affordable for families.

Join us for a free workshop to learn more about:

• The upcoming 2025-26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA^®)
• Federal financial aid programs
• Updates on GrantUs

Please register at least 1 week prior to the date of the workshop you wish to attend. Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation with workshop location, directions, and parking information.

At the end of the workshop, a link to a quiz will be provided to you that is required to receive Act 48 credits. To qualify, you must complete the quiz within 10 days of the workshop. If you meet the workshop attendance requirements and successfully complete the quiz, we will submit your hours to the PA Department of Education.

Workshop Registration Tips

• Register today for your desired workshop location. Seating is limited at all in-person sessions.
• Confirmation and reminder emails may need to be retrieved from your spam email folder.
• A link to virtual events will be included in the confirmation email at registration and 24 hours prior to the event. Choosing Add to Calendar will not include a link to the virtual event unless you manually add it.
• To change your registration, first cancel your original session before selecting a different workshop.
• Cancellation is available via the My Tickets link in the confirmation and reminder emails.
• There are known issues with using Internet Explorer as your browser for Eventbrite. We recommend using another browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.
