Local Employment Opportunities Offered at PHEAA Job Fair

Harrisburg, PA (March 29, 2011)—With unemployment rates in Central Pennsylvania averaging as high as 7.9 percent, area residents looking for employment opportunities are encouraged to attend the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency's (PHEAA) Job Fair at the Agency's Westport facility.
PHEAA is looking to fill positions for entry-level Customer Service and Collections Call Center Representatives working full-time, noon to 9 PM.
Available call center positions involve responding to in-bound calls and follow-up regarding student loan accounts and collection positions that work with delinquent customers as a result of customer contact. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience and Spanish language skills are a plus.
