PHEAA applauds your interest in providing real-life work experience to students pursuing higher education. Pennsylvania employers can employ Pennsylvania residents enrolled in a PHEAA-approved postsecondary institution through two work-study programs:

State Work-Study Program—Available for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations and businesses

Community Service Program—Starting the 2012-13 academic year PHEAA will no longer approve new employers or students to work through the Off Campus Community Service Program. Employers interested in participating should contact the student's school of enrollment directly.

Before completing the application:
- Read the application instructions (PDF).
- Find the exact code for your business from the job code key (PDF).
In order to transmit funds via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), you must complete an Automated Clearing House (ACH) Authorization Agreement. To request an ACH form, send an email to fmeftadmin@aessuccess.org. Return your completed form:
