Work-Study Employers
The Agency applauds your interest in providing real-life working experiences, as well as additional financial aid funds, to students pursuing higher education throughout Pennsylvania. Through two programs, the State Work-Study Program (SWSP) and the Community Service Program, Pennsylvania employers are provided with an opportunity to hire Pennsylvania residents enrolled in a PHEAA-approved postsecondary institution.
SWSP is available for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations and businesses. The Community Service Program assists Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations to employ Pennsylvania students in positions with vital services that may not otherwise have been available.
