Online Access

    Employers participating in the SWSP are required to gain access to the PHEAA systems. Access to our systems will enable your organization to:

    • Submit student applications electronically.
    • View students' eligibility online.
    • Maintain contact information for your organization.
    • Report student earnings information electronically.
    • View disbursement information online.
    • View SWSP communications electronically.

    PHEAA’s Business Partner Access Management System is a database and Web interface that is designed to manage access to PHEAA systems. With this application, business partner representatives may request access to PHEAA’s online resources. For the SWSP, organizations will need access to PageCenter, our secure report repository, and the Matching Funds system.

    Current Employers

    If your organization is already approved to participate in the SWSP, check with the Authoritative Source at your organization to confirm which resources are available for use. For questions regarding access or who the Authoritative Source is for your organization, contact PHEAA staff at swsp@pheaa.org.

    New Employers

    After PHEAA has received and approved your application for participation, the Remote Access Agreement (RAA) and Request for Authoritative Source Status (Attachment A) will be provided. Complete both documents in ink and mail both forms to:

    If you need an official copy of the executed RAA for your records, complete two agreement forms and return both to PHEAA. Once executed, PHEAA will mail one copy back to your organization and your organization will be able to set up and manage user access to the PHEAA systems.
